Journey to Your Promised Land, Inc. (JTYPL) invites you to our annual golf tournament & Fundraiser at the Golf Club at Landsowne, VA. This year’s event will be held in October to focus on the issues that affect women – Breast Cancer, Lupus, and Domestic Violence. JTYPL’s core focus is to educate, equip and empower women. Discussing these issues is an example of how our focus will continue to be in the investment of women and youth. Join us for a little bit of golf, a little bit of networking, and a whole lot of learning how to end these issues that plague our mothers, daughters, sisters, wives and the community as a whole.
Legendary golfer Greg Norman utilizes the natural undulations of the Potomac River valley and his environmentally-friendly "Least Disturbance Approach" in the creation of a stunning championship masterpiece. Stretching along the Potomac River and Goose Creek this par 72 layout measures over 7,300-yards and will challenge even the most accomplished golfers. The only thing more impressive that the layout is the scenery, the secluded and natural beauty of the course.
Kim Webster is the President & CEO of JTYPL. Kim believes that environment greatly influences the ability to dream and believe in oneself. Individuals who have been deprived of nurturing resources such as basic education, healthcare, economic opportunities, and community support have difficulty setting long-term goals and finding the willpower to reach them. The profits from this event will support our programs to educate, equip and empower women and youth. We thank you for your support.
